Robert B. Marks Ridinger is Chair of the Humanities and Behavioral Sciences Department, University Libraries, Northern Illinois University. He created the Index to The Advocate, 1967-1982, compiled The Homosexual and Society: An Annotated Bibliography, and contributed to Gay and Lesbian Literature.
