Sandra Bernhard to Co-Anchor Q Television Network's Live Halloween Night Special and Co-Host "Queer Edge With Jack E. Jett"

Viewers Can Tune in for a Week of Sandra Bernhard and an Unparalleled Halloween Night Broadcast Special With Live Reports From New York, San Francisco and West Hollywood

BURBANK, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/25/2005 -- Q Television Network (QTN) (OTC: QBID) announced today that Sandra Bernhard is scheduled to co-anchor its "Halloween Special" extravaganza featuring live satellite coverage of the infamous holiday festivities in Greenwich Village (New York City), The Castro (San Francisco) and Santa Monica Boulevard (West Hollywood) And, for those fans who cannot get enough of her, Bernhard will also guest co-host "Queer Edge with Jack E. Jett" during the entire week of October 31st through November 4th, which airs nightly at 9:30 PM Pacific/12:30 AM Eastern.

On Monday, October 31, beginning at 6:00 PM Pacific/9:00 PM Eastern, QTN subscribers will be able to tune in as co-anchors Sandra Bernhard and Jack E. Jett get the Halloween partying underway on the set of "Queer Edge with Jack E. Jett." Bernhard and Jett will connect to on-the-scene correspondents positioned at the Halloween hot-spots in each city, providing viewers with candid access to the costumed crowds, famous parades and wild parties. As a special treat, Reichen Lehmkuhl, QTN's newest on-air talent, will be stationed in West Hollywood, giving viewers live, on-the-scene reports.

Bernhard declared, "I imagine that Jack E. Jett and I together will be superbly outrageous and there is no telling what will happen! Halloween is going to be one fabulous night for viewers watching Q Television, and I'm thrilled to be a part of such a groundbreaking network."

Halloween has long been one of the GLBT community's favorite holidays, and the live satellite coverage from three major cities -- each a gay Mecca -- will provide QTN viewers with the ability to experience it all in one night.

"Sandra Bernhard is a fearless performer and iconic voice in our community," stated Alexis Fish, Senior Executive Vice President. "It is a tremendous honor and right of passage for us at QTN to showcase this caliber of artist and activist."

A nightly talk show like nothing you've ever seen, "Queer Edge with Jack E. Jett" takes comedy to a whole new level. Host Jett focuses on pop culture and subculture with a cutting edge that is dynamic, witty and downright zany. The show covers everything from arts and news to celebrities and internet subcultures -- all from a refreshing GLBT perspective. "Queer Edge" gives viewers a truly out-of-this-world experience as they are launched into the outlandish conversations between Jett and his hosts. Jack E. Jett's "Queer Edge" encompasses all that is queer in the world of counter-culture; in an effort to show that the word "queer" is more that just a term for gays.

Jack E. Jett stated, "I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Sandra Bernhard. Her humor is perfect for the 'Queer Edge.' In my mind, she is the best comedian out there today."
