Reports to the Board of Directors, responsible for management of non-profit agency with 35 staff members and annual budget of $850,000. MHAST provides mental health services, including advocacy, education, and consumer services. ED must oversee operations, administration, finances, community interactions, fundraising, personnel/planning. Must interface with government agencies and officials at all levels, business leaders, funders, community organizations, media. Qualifications: Degree in Social Work, Public Health, Health Administration, Business, or related field, and five or more years progressive multi-level Administrative and Supervisory experience, prefer experience in research and grant writing, budgetary process.
