Late to this topic, but just joined.
While LOGO may be experiencing growing pains, it is certainly making its presence felt. Not least because of teaming up with Stoli for its Be Real documentary on various aspects of gay life. Some very good stuff in this. And with Logoonline linking with Be Real and adding a page with photos and brief bios of various "everyday" gay people, the entire Be Real campaign seems to be developing a life beyond the gay media. I've seen articles in the NY Times, LA times, etc. I think LOGO is beginning to be heard in the (so-called) mainstream arena.

I have watched LOGOTV off and on. I'll have to watch it more. I'm a transgender and would like to see mre programs about transgender men and women. LOGO has potential. I'll have to see how it develops.

I can appreciate your hesitation, but it's interesting about the Be Real documentary, because one of the individuals whom they focus on is transgendered. And in the Be Real Your Submissions section, some of those chosen to be showcased are TG.
Don't want to oversell LOGOTV, but it is making strides.
While I don't watch it all that much, I do know they have focused some of their programs on the TG community.
There is also something called Heretv, which is on Time Warner cable, up in the 300s, if I remember correctly (not a given!). I don't get it,on some additional plateau which I don't subscribe to. There's a Heretv website, for which I'll try to find the URL.
Best,
Chris |

Sorry for the late reply of this topic but I've watch LOGO tv just a few months ago and my friends and I are having a great time with it. It has everything about lesbians and gays and fits with me and my friends and we can really relate in it :) _________________ "I've failed over and over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed."
