Q Television Network to Promote Its Signature Show “Q on the Move” on the Oxygen Television Network

Oxygen Company to produce ˝ hour infomercials to be shown nationally

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. – April 5, 2005– Q Television Network (Pink Sheets: QBID) announced today that they have inked an agreement with Oxygen to publicize the network to national audiences.

Starting April 14, 2005, Q Television Network will air nationally for half an hour per day via the Oxygen Network.

"We are very pleased to have made this agreement to promote Q through Oxygen,” said Frank Olsen, President and CEO of Q Television Network. "The number of inquiries from potential subscribers to national carriers has been staggering, and Q Television feels strongly that by using Oxygen to promote Q’s programming we will strengthen our relationship with national carriers and their audiences.”

Oxygen Media is a 24-hour cable television network that puts a fresh spin on television for women. Oxygen is now available in over 53 million homes (Nielsen). Oxygen is distributed by many cable and satellite operators, including Comcast, Time Warner, DirecTV, Cox Communications, Charter Communications, Adelphia Communications and Insight Communications.
