Please take the time to look at this web site www.firsthandtheatreproject.org to view reviews of Michael D. Jackson's heartwarming one act play "A Taste of Heaven". Based on the diary entries of little known poet F.S Ryman, "A Taste of Heaven" follows the story of two young university students in upstate New York (circa 1880) forced to keep their growing affection for one another a secret. Jackson won one out of five "Excellence in Playwriting" awards given out at the 2003 New York International Fringe Festival, and currently has three new productions of this beautiful NEW gay themed play in production throughout the country.
