I'm writing a novel centered around a 19th century secret society of lesbians and I am trying to gain access to any research that might have been done on the subject. I'm looking specifically for information on lesbain "speakeasies", secret societies, clubs, or communal living. Does anyone know of any research being done in this area or of any sites on the web that may contain information? Any help will be much appreciated. _________________ t. |

I'm trying to find a logo for any of the mid-twentieth century homophile organizations (Daughters of Bilits, Mattachine Society) or their publications (The Ladder, ONE).
I drive a 1968 Ford F-100, and want to put a sticker on it indicative of a lesbian occupant, but want something that might have been around in 1968. This pretty much rules out HRC, any rainbow thingy, even NOW stickers.
Anyone able to point me in the direction of a fruitful search? |
