It's getting down to crunch time as the presidential election will decide who the next commander in chief will be. There are also many propostions being voted on. There's same sex marriage in California and Arizona and transgender anti-discrimination bill in Florida.
There are other elections and bills being voted on and it's up to us to select the candidate who we believe represent our interests. It is also imperative that we become involved in grassroots organizations, caucuses, and election boards to understand how an organization works. We need to be proactive now and especially after the election. I would hate for us to waste the opportunities we have to create change. Our country is going through much change now and people need to be informed and educated on the issues.
