Congratulations to Dustin Lance Black and Sean Penn for the Oscars they received last ngiht for their work on Gus Van Sant's film "Milk." Black won for his Original Screenplay and Penn won as Best Actor. They both well deserved the honors. I am sorry that Van Sant did not win as Best Director or "Milk" as Best Picture. I was happy that both Black and Penn used the occasion to press for equal rights. Black was especially eloquent in speaking about Milk's significance for his own life and for other young people.
