Of course I wish Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky well in their marriage, but I don't go along with those who have declared their nuptials the wedding of the decade. My nominee for that distinction is the wedding of Del Martin and Phyllis Lyon. To be sure, the Clinton/Mezvinsky ceremony is far more elaborate, but the love, courage, and determination that Ms. Martin and Ms. Lyon showed for so many years make their story so much more touching and truly inspiring. _________________ Linda |

Wedding of the decade? That's a bit over the top, I think. To me any couple that gets married is a wonderful occasion.
