Happy New Year to one and all. 2011 is under way and I look forward to many wonderful things for our community. One of my objectives for this year is to be much more active in protest and making my voice heard. With all the change in the political arena, I cannot stand idly by and be silent while we are being trashed and killed. This is especially regarding trans topics.
I am very happy when I hear and read of transgender people coming to terms with who they are. Encouragement and support can go a long way in helping someone who is struggling.
I pray that this year will see more victories for transgender people around the world, and especially in America. Our sisters and brothers in some countries have made an impact on the people in their respective communities. I will happen here I'm sure.
