more about this artist   index of artists

Cora Lambert (b. 1985), who co-curated the Pink and Bent exhibition, is fascinated with the Dyke aesthetic.

She finds that "wife beaters, trucker hats, and faux hawks create sexy and subtle combinations that make dykes so irresistible." "Fruit of the Loom" (above) "addresses the adoption of male fashion and gender-bending in advertising."

Lambert recently completed her thesis at the School of Visual Arts.
